Traditional Yoga Classes designed for You.
BIM Yoga Levels
The Breathe Into Motion Yoga System is an inclusive progressive practice helping people heal themselves.
Each level focuses on core strength, balance, flexibility and breathing with increasingly challenging postures.
From basics like how to sit, stand and bend to advanced postures like shoulder stand and forearm balances, we offer all abilities a challenge. Each 90 minute class begins with breathing techniques and ends with a short meditation.
This system was designed based on 30 plus years of yoga practice, the study of the body, biomechanics and anatomy trains by a RYS200 certified and CPTN professional trainer.

Gwyn
I believe Yoga is a journey and has something for everyone. And it is my job to safely guide students on their journey. For me, Yoga has added strength & flexibility to my body, clarity & calmness to my mind and allowed my spirit to soar. I want to share these gains with my students. I have been practicing since 2004, mentoring with Mike since 2009 and completed my RYT200 in November 2010. I have practiced and studied with Carolyn Weatherson, Danny Paradise, Susi Hately, Rodney Yee, Ray Long, and Angela Jamieson. Namaste!
Amie
I am passionate about yoga and helping others. My goal is to create a safe space where everyone can explore and discover their own yoga journey.
Growing up I was a jock and did a lot of coaching. When I injured my knee and I was forced to slow down and learn how to take care of my body, so I tried yoga and fell in love. It has allowed me to experience a new kind of strength both physical and mental. I have been practicing for 10 years have attended various workshops and teachers. I completed my teacher training at Breathe into Motion in 2019.
I look forward to practicing with you!
Sasha
I started practicing in 2010 with Gwyn and Mike. I enjoyed it for the challenge it provided. After a couple years, I fell out of it but came in 2019. It has helped immensely with my stress levels, migraine headaches, and low back pain. I finished the RYT200 training with Mike in February of 2020. I hope that by carrying on BIM through Karmic Yoga I can share these benefits and many more with everyone. and can’t wait to grow along side my students and watch as all our practices evolve.
Andrew
I believe that by using proper biomechanics, performing proper alignment, and using breath techniques yoga can be for everyone. I enjoy helping others and seeing their progress.
After years of playing basketball my body was not flexible. It was recommended I try yoga. It was instantly a fit and was exactly all the things I was looking for. Mike’s approach to yoga got me hooked. I got my RYT200 in March 2019 and have been actively teaching since.
Pam
I started yoga in high school and found it helped with my struggles at school. In college, I was set back with a sever concussion and shoulder pain. Shortly after, I started Level 1 with Mike and was able to alleviate the symptoms that I lived with for 2 years and am now practicing Level 4. I took Mike’s YT200 program and graduated in February 2020. I also graduated from Gerontology. I am looking forward to these new beginnings and continuing my learning.!
